Transparent materials create possibilities to view beyond the borders or edges of an opaque surface. While light reveals areas cast in shadow, such as corners and edges, transparency provides illumination beyond the foreground layer.

Layered translucent geometric forms reminiscent of microscopic structures become the resolution of light on the built form articulating space and mediated by photography.

Architectural forms of previous practices shift to symbolic geometric configurations with simplified hand-built models. 

Transparent polygons are imitated by the macro world of buildings and the micro world of materializing crystalline shapes to become viewed simultaneously from multiple angles.
